For years, I struggled in silence with things like bloating, hormonal imbalances, random skin flare-ups, low energy, and just feeling… off.
Doctors called it “normal,” friends said it was “just stress,” and I honestly started to question if I was being dramatic.
But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right — so I went looking for real answers.

Spoiler alert: I found some of them.
And now? I’m sharing everything I’ve learned (and still learning) with you.

Let’s be real though — I’m still on this journey. There are days when I feel amazing and days when I’m like… what is my body even doing right now??
